A: Cleaning your Rxecon is fast and simple using a diluted bleach solution that is left in the reservoir for 15-minutes and then emptied and rinsed.
How often do we need to clean Rxecon? Open or Close
A: You should spend a few minutes cleaning and recalibrating your Rxecon once every 5 weeks.
How often do we need to calibrate our Rxecon? Open or Close
A: The Rxecon unit should be calibrated after any of the following: Installation, servicing, cleaning or any time the reservoir is completely emptied. Calibration takes just minutes and ensures accurate dispensing.

A: Calibration is quick and easy. You will find the instructions in your manual. If you no longer have your manual it can be downloaded from this website.

A: Rxecon stores its own supply of water. It does not require any plumbing or connection to a water supply.

A: Rxecon can be located anywhere you need one, and do not need to be near a sink. Clients install Rxecon's at counseling, drive-through, and in the main dispensing area (and some do indeed place one near their sink).

A: No. Rxecon dispenses water into a graduated cylinder. This allows you to perform other functions while Rxecon is dispensing.
Can Rxecon deliver the required quantity of water in portions (to allow for easier mixing)? Open or Close
A: Yes, Rxecon is programmed to deliver many items in 2-stages. Any item can be programmed for single or multiple stage delivery.
Can Rxecon be used to dispense Methadone and other liquids (besides water)? Open or Close

easy as 1 2 3 Rxecon is shipped pre-programmed with a product database and is very easy to use. In Scan mode, Rxecon recognizes the product via the UPC bar code and delivers the required volume of water, in either 1 or 2 portions, as indicated on the product label.

Press #2 and Scan
Scan the stock bottle UPC bar code.

(If the product recommends 2 portions, 80% of the required ML will be delivered. Pressing ENTER will deliver the remaining 20%. A reminder alarm will alert staff that a second portion of water is required).

In Scan mode the user has the ability to:

Modify an existing product
Remove a product
